Visionaries: “2020” - CNN International
I was approached by the Senior Producer for CNN International to produce a one minute animated film based on an interview with renowned scientist and business professional Emily Cole, discussing her innovative technologies involving liquid light etholene-glycol. I was given complete creative control over the project. Through regular check-ins with the producer, I successfully completed the project under the fast deadline the project demanded.

How long can you hold your breath?
In this M.F.A. Animation graduation film made at the Savannah College of Art and Design (2018), I dealt with topics like depression and anxiety, and the idea that sometimes, just choosing to continue to exist is a victory. From 2016-2018, I wrote, designed, and animated this short film that drew from personal experiences. The process was both therapeutic and explorational.

Mars Two (2016) Short Film
Animated short film on which I animated, edited, and project managed with a small team, over the course of 2 and a half months. The audio was taken from found footage of infomercials, which helped define the comedic tone of the juxtaposition in the film. As the film’s editor, I took painstaking care in ensuring that the look of the film matched the grainy VHS look of older screens.
